What Shipping Service Do You Offer?

We offer Standard Shipping on domestic orders for $5 & orders typically arrive within 3-6 days upon processing. We also now offer Express Shipping for 1-2 day delivery for only $10. Express Shipping is NOT available for PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. International orders ship Standard & may take up to 21 days. Orders in the US receive Free Standard Shipping for purchases of $60 or more. You will receive a tracking # to stay updated with your delivery!

 What Is Your Processing Time After I Place My Order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days before being shipped.

After I Placed My Order I Realized My Shipping Address Is Incorrect…

You may contact info@mingcosmetics.com and there will be a $2 processing fee for address corrections. (NOTE: Orders are sometimes processed within 24 hours so PLEASE double-check your shipping address before placing your order)

What Happens If My Order Is Returned To Sender?

You will receive an email to purchase a re-ship fee.

Can I Change/Cancel An Order?

Once an order is processed, it cannot be changed or canceled. If you want to add items, a separate order would need to be placed.


My Package Is Marked As Delivered But I Have Not Received It…

Sometimes USPS/UPS may mark a package as delivered while it is still in transit. Please allow some more time if this happens. 


I Think My Package Was Stolen/My Package Is Missing…What Can I Do?

Once an order leaves our processing center, it is now in the care of the carrier. Ming Cosmetics is not responsible for lost/stolen items. If the carrier confirms an order has been delivered & you suspect an order was stolen or is missing, you would need to file a claim with the carrier service. USPS customer service number is 1–800–275-8777 & UPS is 1-800-742-5877.


Do You Accept Refunds?

Ming Cosmetics has a no refund policy. All cosmetics, accessories and sale items are final sale/no exchange. If an exchange needs to be made due to size, customer can contact us within 2 days of order delivery & pay shipping cost to return items. Upon acceptance of items, a store credit will be issued minus shipping fee that can be used to buy item in correct size or any other item. *Returned items must arrive unworn & in new condition* When shopping Boutique items, please refer to size chart, product description & model details to help ensure accurate size selection.
