What Shipping Service Do You Offer?

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and domestic orders typically arrive within 2-5 days. International orders may take up to 21 days. You will receive a tracking # to stay updated with your delivery!

 

What Is Your Processing Time After I Place My Order?

When items are in stock orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days and then shipping typically takes an additional 2-5 days. If an item is not in stock, you will still be allowed to place an order and it will ship within 14 days. (Shipping times are not guaranteed)

 

After I Placed My Order I Realized My Shipping Address Is Incorrect…

You may contact info@mingcosmetics.com and there will be a $2 processing fee for address corrections. (NOTE: Orders are sometimes processed within 24 hrs so PLEASE double-check your shipping address before placing your order)


What Happens If My Order Is Returned To Sender?

You will receive an email to purchase a re-ship fee.


Can I Change/Cancel An Order?

All orders are final sale.


My Package Is Marked As Delivered But I Have Not Received It…

Sometimes USPS may mark a package as delivered while it is still in transit. Please allow some more time if this happens. 


I Think My Package Was Stolen/My Package Is Missing…What Can I Do?

Once an order leaves our processing center, it is now in the care of the USPS. Ming Cosmetics is not responsible for lost/stolen items. If the carrier confirms an order has been delivered & you suspect an order was stolen or is missing, you would need to file a claim with USPS. Their customer service number is 1–800–275-8777. 


Do You Accept Refunds?

Ming Cosmetics has a no refund/no exchange policy. All sales are final.


Do You Ship Internationally?

Currently, we ship in the US & Canada.
